Each tea bag (2 g) contains: Organic tulsi leaf (Ocimum tenuiflorum) 1500 mg, organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 500mg

Recommended dose: Drink 1 cup 2 times daily.

Directions for use: Adults: Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
